3520 MAV autopilot

The 3520 is a smaller version of the 3500 in a compact 2"x1" form-factor.   The 3520 includes onboard AHRS and airdata sensors and comes with a pre-wired GPS & radio-modem.  Advanced features include mouse-click waypoint creation and track display on a high resolution map image.  
The 3520 was specifically designed for small, commercial MAVs (Miniature Air Vehicle).  The 3520's feature set supports proposed  FAA guidelines for Group II  sUAS operations.

  • Weight:  18g PCB ( 38g system total   )
  • Power: 5.5v to 7.0v @ 250ma (autopilot + GPS + Rmodem)

Recommended for fixed-wing aircraft < 4.4 lb (2 kg) 



The ground control software requires a laptop computer running WIN7 or WINXP.

This autopilot system has been classified 9A012b by the US Commerce Department and requires an export license ( except Canada ).
This autopilot system is limited by software to a maximum range of 295 km.
This autopilot hardware has been designed to comply with DO160
