A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annual) will be added to an unpaid balance over 30 days. Orders over $1000 require a P.O. or written confirmation. Returned parts are subject to a 10% re-test & packaging fee plus any parts & labor charges that may be required. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Shipping charges are additional. UNAV products are not designed or manufactured to be compliant with standards such as UL, CE, ISO900x, DO160 or DO178. All products are intended for non-military use. PICOPILOT and the 3500 autopilot have been classified by the US Commerce Department under 9A012.b which currently requires an export license for all countries except CANADA. US export restrictions of UAV components are described in sections 9A012 and 9A120 of the US Commerce Control List
Product Changes: UNAV reserves the right to improve and change products without notice. To provide our customers with the latest in software developments, we provide a free firmware upgrade service for all FLASH memory products. Simply mail your unit to us (address listed on the "Contact" page) and we will reprogram it with the latest firmware and ship it back to you within one business day. The customer only pays for shipping charges. We also provide the latest application software upgrades with download links on each product page.
Limited Warranty: UNAV warrants, to the original purchaser that it's products shall be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase. If a product fails to perform as described in the UNAV product description or specification, UNAV will repair or exchange the product at our discretion. Failures due to improper installation or use, modification or accident are not covered by this warranty. Credit for returned items is subject to charges deducted for parts and labor required to return the part to new condition plus a 10% processing fee. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from UNAV before shipping parts for repair or return. This warranty only applies to UNAV manufactured products and does not apply to products manufactured by other companies (OEM). Warranties and returns for OEM products are available from their respective manufacturer. We will be pleased to supply an estimate for cost of repair for UNAV products no longer covered by warranty.
Limited Liability: UNAV shall not be held liable for any incidental, consequential or direct damages or expenses associated with the use or misuse of it's products. It is the user's responsibility to provide backup or redundant systems to assure that the vehicle control system is fail-safe. It is the user's responsibility to assure compliance with all local and federal regulations that apply to the operation of unmanned vehicles and radio communications. liability form
