PICOPILOT was developed for electric motor-gliders (with no ailerons) but it can be adapted to control slow, stable planes (with ailerons).  PICOPILOT is not a development system, it includes all the parts and software necessary to operate right out of the box and it doesn't require any software configuration.  PICOPILOT does not include a groundstation, however a radio modem can be added to run a moving-map ( on a laptop on the ground ) or if your plane already has a TV system onboard you could add an OSD-GPS to 'print' GPS data over the TV image for basic telemetry information.
